Scoring is done by single taps on the numbers in the top two rows of the scoring block, bottom left hand corner of the main screen. Runs are credited immediately to the striker, bowler and overall scores, and recorded in the ball-by-ball database. These eight buttons are the only active scoring buttons. They are used for normal runs off the bat, and also for extras and runs or extras scored on a dismissal. The scoring buttons will trigger scoring events, either on their own, or when used with other buttons working as shift keys.
