Installing Upgrades
Upgrades and improvements are made to Palmcricket continually. Whenever a new revision is available, all registered subscribers are informed via automatic e-mail. Once downloaded from the Palmcricket website, the new revision can be installed in exactly the same manner as described above under initial installation.
Note: Deletion of the Palmcricket application by using the PalmOs menus before installing an upgrade is not recommended, as the current match, archived matches and registration details will all be deleted along with the program. By simply installing only the file Pcri.prc, all data will be retained on the handheld, with the exception of the old program module, which PalmOs will automatically replace with the new.
